材料
高筋麵粉 250克(1杯)
速發酵母 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1湯匙
水 約150毫升

做法
1/ 將所有材料混合,揉成麵糰
2/ 將麵糰揉成球體,置於容器中發酵約1小時

3/ 麵糰發酵至2倍大,做手指測試 (手指沾麵粉插進麵糰,洞穴不變即發酵完成)
4/ 將麵糰取出,壓平排走二氧化碳
5/ 將麵糰切割成小份

6/ 小麵糰摺疊成球體,摺口朝下,二次發酵約20分鐘

7/ 麵糰壓平,放上紅豆餡,包裹成球體
